I have been going to sonic every morning for my drinks for a couple of years now. I go to this sonic every morning. I went here tonight with my daughter to get some dinner and I have never been so mad at how I was treared in my life! Terryl, or Darryl is his name. I ordered a combo meal and a Coke with real cream for my daughter and I noticed it that the real cream wasn't show in up on screen as ordered, so I told him again and he rudely snapped at me and said "I know that! I already got that maam, what do you want?" Not, what side wold you like, he said what do I want..how rude! I said "oh..well, you don't have to be rude!" He then said "I'm not being rude maam, Im trying to find out what you want to order, fries, onion rings or tater tots or what!?!" I immediately was angry because of his tone, he was hateful and i don't say that often. I immediately told him no thank you, I won't be talked to like that and I'm going somewhere else. Instead of trying to make it right, he arrogantly said "ok. See you later." I'm appalled after being treated like this and after going to this sonic for two years, they will never get another penny of my money! I will go somewhere else. All I can say is it's your loss and that manager/employee needs to learn how to talk...
Read moreWe come into this sonic severalto 5 days a week and we tip more than 20% as we know this is how the employees are paid. Twice in the last month we had two wrong orders. We are what we had.Today I came in and ordered a meal. I also mentioned that I came in the day before yesterday and ordered a large ice but was given a small. I asked the team leader if I could get a large ice and pay for a small since I paid for a large ice already, but did not get it. She gave me a long lecture of why they would not give me a large cup and charge me for a small. She said they can only trust that was the case if someone has a receipt, she was very rude and condescending. I explained to her that we come here quite often our good tippers and have appreciated the business in the store, but did not appreciate being talked down to so rudely. she asked me why I did not come back and get the right cup of ice. I tried to explain to her that we had a big order And due to me being a physician, I needed to get back to work quickly. I asked her if I could just finish my order and pay and she kept going on and on about why they don’t give out free drinks which I did not ask for. This would’ve been at 12...
Read moreI usually wouldn’t leave a review like this but I feel like I have to for people’s safety.
I mobile ordered a large Dr. Pepper this morning, and it was the only thing on my order and I left a tip as well. The worker that brought it out to me was very friendly. When I took my first sip and the aftertaste was like someone dipped like an onion ring (or something battered and fried) in it but I figured it was just something of it being around so much other food in the kitchen. I looked inside and everything looked fine. However, later during my drive to work I took another sip and it tasted like absolute pure grease. I pulled over and threw the drink away at another place and got a new one there and it tasted perfectly fine. I’d like to give the benefit of the doubt but I don’t see how a drink could taste like that on accident. I don’t see why someone would pour grease in a drink when it was mobile ordered and there was even a tip on a $1.50 drink. Or even if it was an accident, I don’t see how grease could get into someone’s drink and it still be sent out for consumption. I love sonic and appreciate minimum wage workers working so hard in tough times but this is really...
