Taco Bell — Restaurant in Allendale Charter Township

Not only did this toco bell impress me with it's new exterior look of their building with a new futuristic look with crispy clean lines and its signature purple and white with a modern twist to their iconic bell . But their overall dedication to makeing you feel comfortable and relaxed in a fast food type environment. Most of these places are dirty, slow, most of the people working there dont want to be there so usually yourself is dealing with a negitive energy/personalities there witch in turn destroy your margin for a much more profitable franchise. But this toco bell was the complete opposite of that. Not one not two but every associate was respectful, engaged, smiling, clean and haveing a sense of pride for there job that makes the environment amazing and makes you want to relax more and stay longer witch in turn makes you wanna buy more food and snack. The food was made promptly and was put together respectful and looked like it does in advertised picture that intises you to order it. With my food tasting fresh instead of microwaved for 20 secounds and sent on it's way to you with the same promise. Finally with great legendary low prices for a lot of food and happy workers and a clean new look environment I give this place an almost 5 out of 5 for this toco...

Update this store is worse, even after firing the regional manager, and getting rid of the store manager. They brought in an even lazier person to do the job, the food sucks, breakfast is atrocious. The tacos aren't filled, they are broken, they mess up orders over and over. The chalupas are old, and they use the steamer to "soften them" the burritos are small and ripped half the time. The people who take orders are rude. The soda machine uses well water because they thought taking the water softener out was the thing to do. I refuse to eat their. I would rather spend my money at Culver's, they are better and treat the customers with dignity. Whatever ownership is doing they need to be fired I personally know that they are not rotating meat, beans, and serve old food. If u want to get sick go for it and eat here. I am a blogger, and an influencer, I am on the verge of putting u on blast.

I stopped eating here because of food quality, the black beans are always burned and nasty not the thickness they are supposed to be. The chalupas are re heated by being steamed instead of making new ones as safety guidelines state... they need people to watch how food is mishandled... I have gotten sick quite a few times from here. Do yourself a favor order from standale or...

I have eaten here since they opened in allendale, not usually any big problems. You know a mistake here and there like any other place. We went there 30 mins ago. They told us they ran out of shredded chicken for the chicken quesadilla melts but they had cubed if it was ok. Which was fine, but on the receipt they charged 4 dollars more and next to it said sub beef from chicken. That isnt a lot extra but it would have been nice to know we would be charged. Then I take a sip from my pop, NO ice and warm. Then we get home i pull out the CRUNCH wrap that had absolutely no crunch. The hard tortilla in the middle was so soggy that most of it fell out as i pulled it put of the bag i thought there was no hard piece. It was in there just completely saturated. Then 1 of the melts we got which we havent eaten all of them yet, had NO sauce. I have left maybe very few reveiws. You either have to do really bad or really good for me to say anything. 30 mins after we got are food....here we are. I understand ppl make mistakes but this was the worst experience I have had in...
