The General Tso's chicken was very good The chicken had a crispy coating and a thick glaze of sauce. Anyone expecting broccoli with the General Tao's will likely wish to order a steamed broccoli as a side. My order only contained a couple broccoli acting more like a garnish than a vegetable component. That said, the container was so packed with chicken and rice that the lid wasn't fully secured. Between the thick glaze and how the order was passed off in a brown bag without handles, there was never a danger of food spilling from the container. As someone who regularly orders 4/5 stars at other restaurants and ends up disappointed, I was very pleased with the spicy level X. I would say the Crab Rangoon is more on the savory, than sweet side. I prefer savory, however, I found the flavor of these to be mostly cream cheese with scallions/onion, and missed the crab flavor. My order was filled in a timely and courteous manner with no issues. Staff paid attention to my note (no sauce for the rangoons) and confirmed this before handing over my order. Over all I was very pleased. I reserve 5 stars for service that is above and beyond expectations, so while I didn't have any issues with the service/order, I haven't experienced/witnesses anything yet to bring it to the 5 star...

I have ordered from here before and when I try again all the sudden they don’t service my area and I’m pretty much a 3 min drive away . Anywho she eventually said they would So I got a lot of things , 82$ worth . The rice n sesame Chix combo taste burnt and the rice was very dark , no pink sauce either for my chix . The crab ragoon tasted sour . I asked for duck sauce 10 packs she charges me an extra 1$ when the food comes I only have 3 duck sauce and my soup didn’t have all the veggies in it just a bunch of mushrooms . I was very unsatisfied. So fyi if u want extra sauce just forget about it . So yeah in a nut shell not a good experience this time around.

Not south side Allentown if I was that far you should have said your too many miles away that would have made me recheck again the location . Guy on the phone was rude, ignorant and inconsiderate. I placed 5 orders for my staff, and wanted to make sure the order was taken correctly, so I asked the guy to repeat the order back to me. He told me no I got this, I been doing this for years. He gave me such a hard time on repeating the order back to me. Long story short when the delivery came and guess what!! one order was wrong. That's for trying to be all fast and rush me off the phone. I will never order from this place again nor recommend it. If a customer ask you to repeat an order, it's your job to repeat the order!! What's the attitude for? Don't answer the phone and take orders if you can't repeat an order back to a paying customer. Stop being lazy! I don't care how long you worked at China House, obviously your hearing is not too well....
