Palumbo Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Allentown

OK let me break this down for you guys. I’ve been searching for the best pizza in Lehigh Valley, and I finally found it here at Palumbo. The reason why this pizzeria takes the prize is because it’s the first pizza that actually has flavor. You can smell the garlic before you open the box. I am so happy that I found this place. Unfortunately, I have to drive to the other side of town on Lehigh Street to get it but it’s worth it. It is absolutely worth it. The pizza I’m talking about is the grandma pizza. You will notice that when you walk in the store on their menu it is boldfaced up on the screens. There’s a reason for that: it’s the bomb pizza. My favorite part about it is that it has a first layer of cheese, then the sauce, then cheese on top of that. You can have any toppings you want on the grandma pizza and what I love about it is that it takes up all the real estate in the box! Yes, it is square! Come on down and enjoy this...

Ibam disappointed in this restaraunt because of their false adverising. I tried tonplace a delivery order at 8:19pm on Sunday and their hiurs say open until 9pm. Whenni called the guy said no more deliverys and ifni wajr pickup it will have to be a big order becuase they already shut their grill down in other eords worth their time to turn it back on. I spoke with the manager on duty ajd he told. Me the same thing and sa8d tuey shut everything down a half hour early on tue regular. This is not right and false advertising. If. You advertise tuatnyournopen until 9m thwn you need to serve your customers who want to order before during the time they are open. If you want awful service, greasy pizza, dried up cheesesteak and stale tasting corn nuggets then this is your place!! Not to mention half cooked chicken wings! I ordered bbq wings extra crispy they delivered hot wing. When I called to let them know the guy said he didn’t remember making hot wings. I offered to come pick them up to save them time and gas. I was told to bring back the wings for proof. Once I get there, I gave them the wings he took them out of the bag and straight to the trash.
