I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Manager Hannah at Wawa located at 2209 Lehigh Street, and I must say, her commitment to hospitality and customer service is truly exceptional. Not only did she provide outstanding service to me, but I observed her treating all patrons with warmth and friendliness.
During my visit, I encountered an issue with the ATM, which failed to dispense any money. Manager Hannah took the time to explain the policy and protocol for filing grievances, ensuring that I felt heard and understood. Her knowledge and professionalism were evident throughout the process.
Furthermore, when I experienced a situation where my accounts were compromised and someone attempted to steal my identity, Manager Hannah displayed kindness and assisted me at the register without judgment or embarrassment. Her support during a challenging time was greatly appreciated.
I am a frequent visitor to various Wawa locations, including the one near the Allentown VA, and I can confidently say that the staff and management consistently treat their customers like royalty. Manager Hannah's exceptional customer care and hospitality skills deserve recognition and appreciation.
I strongly believe that Hannah's role should be expanded to encompass more customer care and hospitality responsibilities. However, if that is not the case, I urge the management to value and acknowledge this outstanding employee for her remarkable dedication and service.

Read moreUnfortunately, this location needs some to work on a few things. After being inundated with ads about their pizza and curbside pick-up, we have given both a try and both times had issues. The first time the pizza was missing the toppings we ordered and was burnt and flavorless and we just didn’t complain because it’s not worth it. This second time we were waiting over 15 minutes past our orders curbside pickup time and finding out that our pizza was sitting at the cashiers counter getting cold for half an hour or more once we finally decided to go inside to investigate because nobody brought it out to us. They offered to remake us a hot pizza but why would we want to wait even more when we had planned this order to make other time obligations so we just left with our cold overpriced pizza. So basically don’t rely on this curbside ordering as it seemed we weren’t the only ones with this issue. But the gentleman in coffee makes great coffee. Today coffee seemed watered down and this happens when an employee doesn't put enough coffee packs for the amount of water they set the machine too. It happens so I spoke respectfully with the employee in dept only to be rudely disregarded when I went to speak with manager she apologized then after checking pots she said its full! Yes its full but watered down should I just drink it and shut up? But that seemed to be the answer because she said pots are full and proceeded to walk off as well.
