I recently had the pleasure of visiting Gaston's Bakeshop, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. What sets this bakery apart, however, is the extraordinary talent and dedication of the owner, Emily.

Emily is undoubtedly the hardest working young lady I've ever come across in the culinary world. Her passion for baking is evident in every corner of the bakeshop and, most importantly, in the delightful outcome of her pastries. It's clear that she puts her heart and soul into every creation, and the results are nothing short of spectacular.

Now, let me take a moment to rave about the Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies. Oh my goodness! These cookies are a true masterpiece. The perfect balance of sweet and salty, with a heavenly blend of caramel and rich chocolate, they are, without a doubt, the best cookies I have ever had. Each bite is a delightful journey of flavor that left me craving more.

I am so glad that I found Emily!! I was scrambling to find a bakery less than 2 weeks before my mother's birthday party when I came across Gaston's. I read all of the phenomenal reviews and placed an order. Emily responded to me within a couple of days, via email, and we went back and forth over the details for a day or so. I even ended up adding on a dozen matching cupcakes! Pickup was super easy, as well--although I was bummed I didn't get to meet Emily in person so I could rave to her directly!

The cake and cupcakes were stunning and equally as tasty. Everyone at the party told me how much they loved it and said I'd picked a great bakery. My family is extremely picky about sweets (we're Italian and love to bake), so that was high praise and I was absolutely thrilled 😄

If I could give her more stars, I would! Emily, the owner, is the sweetest most authentic person ever. Where to start with the goodies..🤤 Phenomenal cakes, my go to baker for amazing cakes for all occasions. The cookies are forever a hit with my husband and all our friends. Macarons are to die for and the list goes on! I personally have been gluten free for quite sometime and today I had my very first gluten free salted chocolate chip cookie and it was everything I could’ve hoped for. Absolutely delicious and i was beyond words with how much it made me feel like i was having a “real cookie”. You don’t realize how much something means to you until you can’t have it.
