Jack's Pizza — Restaurant in Allentown

Trying this place for the first time ever, being in the industry over 10 years I'd think I know a thing or two about good food. Got a Lil of everything to see what its about. Plain large pie, mozz sticks, knots, and cheese fries. The only thing good was the pizza and that's just because it's hard to mess up cheese and sauce. I could tell the guy making the pizza either didn't know what their doing or just didn't care because there's this strange gap in the crust. The mozz sticks are store bought and still cold, the fries tasted like the oil was 3 months old legit the fries where that dark brown color and it wasn't from being crispy....the knots I couldn't tell if they where just cold or old you bite down n it tasted almost stale. This is a hood spot for someone that doesn't care about the food then sure this is your thing....but if quality is atleast a Lil on your radar just keep driving...

It was pizza night for my family ,This place is a staple for me and usually is amazing idk what happen tonight . The woman who took my order was great an very friendly . I had ordered there special two large pies, on one pie I asked for onions/ peppers /mushrooms. The pie that I added some goods too was poorly made not made with love like they usually are. It looks like the had a disrespectful amount of all the toppings on it . Looks like the pizza was made and only after they just threw the topping on cold just no effort, a little disappointed to say the least . that pizza ended up going to waste.We don’t order out often so when we do we like to always support our locals. We will be back but probably would stick with not adding anything to our pies or just be very...

Stop here after bad experience with other business. Let me tell you that seeing so many people ordering a lot and the owner being there attentive with all the customer already won my trust. Now, I ordered several items. The pizza was good and the pasta too. The sauce is the Key!!! Never have taste a sauce like that. We also ordered Philly cheese steak since that was my main reason to try them. My husband's sandwich was decent since it Has a lot of meat and was fresh and hot (size large), but mine and my mother in law (size small) were cold, barely had any meat, felt dry and the bread was hard. Just as a suggestion: if you don't want to give a greasy philly please warm up the bread to balance out. Hopefully I will come back again from Florida and...
