I grew up in the LV. This was my first Cheesesteak at the age of 17, 41 years ago! I was saddened to hear the original (owner's father) closed after moving to FL 34 yrs ago. I come often to visit my mom, and after learning Stahleys just sold, was looking for another great Cheesesteak option as I hear it will be changing completely. We went last Thursday.
