Tipsy's Bar & Lounge — Restaurant in Allentown

I placed an Uber Eats pickup order and was given an estimated time of about 30–45 minutes for it to be ready. Totally fine — I know good food takes time.

However, when I arrived, my order wasn’t even started. After waiting and waiting, my husband went to check on the status, only to find out the honey lemon pepper wings I ordered weren’t even available — something the restaurant never updated on Uber Eats or bothered to notify me about.

Instead of communicating or offering another option, they literally chopped up a few chicken tenders, tossed them in sauce, and handed that over — all while charging $17.99 for something I didn’t order and waiting nearly 1 hour and 45 minutes past my original pickup time.

What makes this so disappointing is that their food is usually great. Maybe it was an off night — but poor communication, zero updates, and serving a completely different dish without notice? That’s not just an off night, that’s a customer service breakdown.

I haven’t been back since — hopefully management sees this and makes some changes, because loyal customers...

Took long time to be greeted and sat down.all employees busy on their personal phones when entering with party of 5. Long wait for food. When food finally came out it wasn't cooked fully. Ordered a chicken sandwiches. It was raw inside. Asked server nicely to just remove from our bill cause we didn't want to wait longer for it to me remade or cooked longer.Waitress was very nice about it and did remove from our bill as we were paying for our bill a cook came out with additude asking what was wrong with it. Clearly could be seen raw uncooked chicken.He kept insisting to make another and even get rude about it. We were satisfied with it just beening removed from our bill. It was a little over board with his reaction and down right unnecessary and very unprofessional of a commotion. We will not be returning this restaurant. I wouldn't even consider this place a restaurant. It's simply a bar with bar food. Doesn't even open till after 5 pm If your looking for dining experience and great food with service this is not the place. Only good here was the drinks But...

Overall I was pleasantly surprised because of personal bias over the location and complaints about how pricey they were. I came for dinner/dancing to celebrate a friend's birthday. We had a reserved table for appetizers and drinks. We shared apps and they were all delicious. The prices I thought were fair and the portions were more than generous. The drinks and shots were all awesome. Some staff tried to convince us we needed to buy a bottle to reserve our dinner reservation table and a separate bottle at 10 when the "club" started. However our waitress and then our bottle girl was honest and lovely. I really liked the vibe and some of the activities they had listed (like paint and sip or trivia night) sounded fun. I'll definitely be back to...
