Let's just start with the food is always great here no complaints, however the staff seems very overwhelmed or they just don't care most of the time. My past 4 orders have either been wrong or were missing items. The managers are there to fix it but even they seem overwhelmed with the number of newer employees and lack of assistance training during busy times not to mention watching orders get cleared off their screens before fully filled leading to mass confusion for the rest of the staff. Quality was terrible....Ordered the two fish sandwich special, fries and a drink through the drive thru. Was told they were making fresh fish so would be a little wait. Great I thought. That was wrong,,,Very wrong. They advertise crispy fish but mine was not crispy. Not golden brown. Was white and tasted of uncooked flour. Fish was watery from being under cooked. Since it was a little bit of a drive to get there and not worth the drive back. I just scraped the sandwiches. Lesson leaned. Don't stop...
