Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Alma

It was 8:16pm when we entered. There were 3 customer's already inside and a young worker had the entire dining room mopped and basically mopped us into a very small space after we'd ordered. We we're planning on eating there but couldn't because the girl was mopping. I asked when they were closing and was told 11pm. So, I asked her why she was mopping the entire floor and not leaving at least half open for her customer's and she just shrugged. I told her I didn't think mopping the entire dining area at that time was a great idea. Three more customers came in the door and barely had enough space to get around us to order. At this point I asked if her Manager knew she was doing this and her reply, "She's the one who told me to do it". Not a great impression of your Dairy Queen. Won't stop...

I came in Tuesday to order a cake for my daughter's birthday party on Sunday, I was told that it would be no problem and they would have it ready. Not only did the not have it ready, they called Friday morning to say they couldn't even make the cake.... talk about completely last minute warning. My wife ran around all day Friday trying to find someone who could decorate the cake after we told them well just buy a blank sheet cake from them. We got everything ready with a cake decorator and went to pick up the blank cake..... it had a hair in the ice-cream when we went to get it. I've never had this kind of headache with any other dairy queen in the area, clearly i made a mistake ordering a cake from this one. Do yourselves a favor and don't...

Well my hubby went inside and few other people went in front of him 2 young girls and a lady and then him. Well there was about ten workers. Well the lady came in before the two girls and then it was my husband before the 2 girls and what is bad is the 2 girls got their food before the lady who order hers first and my husbands dip cone and milkshake. And when the lady came out she was made cause it should had went the lady then my husband and then the two girls. And don't ask me about my dip cone it was soppuse to be the purple and it is the color pink but hey go figure. And I think they got his milkshake wrong it was soppuse to be a medium chocolate banana milkshake and it was a small chocolate banana...
