I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS!

ABSOUTLEY THE WORST SERVICE OF LIFE! THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT, NEW STAFF, OR JUST NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. I TRY TO GIVE THIS PLACE MANY CHANCES, BUT IT IS BAD SERVICE EVERY SINGLE TIME!

THIS MORNING I WENT TO GRAB BREAKFAST! ORDERED A BACON EGG AND CHEESE CROISSANT, HASH BROWN, AND FRENCH TOAST STICKERS. WHEN SHE GAVE ME MY ORDER SHE SAID "SORRY I FORGOT TO INFORM YOU THAT THERE IS NO SYRUP" I SAID I WANTED A REFUND BECAUSE I DO NOT EAT FRENCH TOAST WITHOUT SYRUP. SHE REPLIED "DO YOU WANT A DRINK?" I SAID NO I WANT A REFUND. SHE SAID SHE CANNOT DO THAT, I TOLD HER YES YOU CAN. SHE SAID SHE WAS NOT TRAINED ON HOW TO GIVE REFUNDS, I ASKED HER IF THERE WAS ANY BODY THERE THAT CAN HELP HER PROCESS THE REFUND. SHE SAID NO. I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER AND SHE SAID MANAGER DOES NOT COME IN UNTIL 10AM. I ASKED FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER, SHE SAID SHE DOESNT KNOW THE NUMBER, I ASKED HER FOR THE STORE NUMBER SO THAT I CAN FOLLOW UP ON THIS ISSUE, SHE SAID SHE DIDNT KNOW THE STORE NUMBER. I ASKED FOR MY RECEIPT!! SHE SAID THE DANG RECEIPT MACHINE WAS BROKEN! THIS MORNING WAS THE LAST STRAW! THE LAST TIME I CAME THEY CHARGED US FOR A DRINK AND SAID "OH THE DRINK MACHINE HAS TO BE RESTARTED SO YOU HAVE TO WAIT 10 MINUTES" LIKE WHAT!?!?!! ABSOUTLEY WORST PLACE TO GO TO EAT! THE CEO NEEDS TO COME CHECK...

"We are understaffed, if you do not like it, go somewhere else"

I went there on Sunday night 4/21/2019 at 830pm to get a lil something to chew on while watching Game of Thrones S08E02. I went to the drive-through and the staff asked me to give them a moment and they'll get back to me. I did, for a good twenty minutes. At about 8:50pm I needed to get outta there so I said, "It's been a while guys, are you coming out soon?" They responded with, "We are understaffed, if you do not like it, go somewhere else" . WHAT?!?! In other words, 'go somewhere else, we have poor service'. Say no more I'm out!! The one car behind me heard them and backed out and left. Assuming these guys were not just lazy bums in there, couldn't they just tell me they are still cooking the food so its gonna be long instead of making me wait? There was no car in front when I arrived, and there was only one car behind me for the whole 20 minutes! So they weren't dealing with long lines at the time. I'm never going to this place again! I visited @9am on a Monday. Drive Thru was packed so I came inside to have breakfast. It is very clean and staff was very friendly. I ordered the sausage,egg & cheese croissanwich meal with a medium coffee. It was very good but I must say the coffee was exceptional! I am a coffee drinker & it's hard to get a nice balanced coffee that's not too weak or too strong, but their coffee was perfect! Better than the coffee from the Starbucks that's right across the street. The only negative thing I have to say is that it took them a long time to give me my order even though I was the only customer inside the restaurant but the drive thru did have a long line. Update 04/10/2017: Unfortunately at today's visit I was disappointed to find that they changed their coffee and what I got was a very weak and watery tasting coffee plus I had to wait a long time even though I was the only customer in the restaurant. The restaurant was too cold and I had to go the car to get my sweater so I could eat my meal. It was a very disappointing visit so i downgraded my prior...
