So let’s start with the good as far as the 3 different Starbucks within the same distance to me this by far is my favorite. I typically come late at night and Keisha (not sure if the spelling is correct) always makes my beverages just right and the service as night is always good and quick. I would like to add that my favorite and typical Starbucks is in Winter Garden and they know me by name and my order. So when Starbucks decided to start blending my beverage of choice they know I prefer it shaken. This was the first morning that I went to this specific location in the morning and was looking forward to it as I stated it on this side of town this location is my favorite. After making my order I realized they blended the drink I immediately said ew as I completely forgot to ask for it shaken as I’m used to my main location in Winter Garden knowing this and of course the drink used to be made this way. All the young lady could say was they change how they make it so next time ask for it shaken. I explained that I knew they changed it but forgot as my main location knows to shake it for me. This young lady didn’t even remotely attempt to offer to fix it to my liking and as I am big on customer service I didn’t want to be rude as the ew should have been more than enough to prompt that I have had it made that way before and didn’t like it. Again night crew amazing but my first experience with the morning crew was not it. Even Keisha had no problem fixing a drink for me before and did it with a smile and the drink...
Read moreWhile visiting Florida I went to this Starbucks that my sister says she goes to regularly. It has an pleasant outdoor seating area (remember this is Florida and it is often sunny and warm outside). We parked in the lot and entered and immediately ordered four coffees. We were lucky to get two comfortable cushioned chairs (one for my mother whose uses a walker), and I sat at a counter facing the area where the workers make the coffees and other drinks.
Personally, I found the background music a bit too loud and distracting, but it was just bearable. I have been to one Starbucks in New York City where the music was up to full blast and very hard on the ears. Overall it is a pleasant place to have a coffee break. There is an outdoor window for customers who want to take out items, and the WiFi works very well.
There is a drive-through window for customers who prefer to order and take out. On my most recent visit in late-January 2019, while visiting my mother and a sister in Florida, we managed to find two plush leather chairs to sit in while enjoying our coffee drinks. I did notice, however, that the men’s toilet could have been a...
Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding a recent experience at one of your locations in Apopka. During my visit, I noticed a Pride flag prominently displayed in the store. While I understand that Starbucks values inclusivity and diversity, I personally found the display to be distressing and not in line with my personal beliefs. As a long-time customer, I have never encountered such a display in your stores before, and it caught me off guard. It affected my experience negatively and left me feeling uncomfortable throughout the rest of my day. While I respect Starbucks' right to support causes it believes in, I also believe customers should be able to enjoy their visit without being confronted with political or social messaging they may not agree with. For this reason, I will be taking a my business elsewhere from visiting Starbucks and will be sharing my concerns with friends and family. WHAT A DISGRACE! Starbucks is Encouraging...
