Tokyo Sushi Hibachi — Restaurant in Florida

When I attempted to order the Nabe Yaki Udon through their site on my phone I misclicked the Tempura Udon instead, and it wouldn't let me remove the order without it trashing the entire order, I clicked the minus, went to my order to try to remove it; nothing worked and I just shrugged it off since I was hungry, I also ordered sushi and the pork gyoza. I came in 2 minutes early to pick up my food, but it wasn't ready yet, which I understand, the place wasn't that busy when I came in but for all I know it was packed prior, anyways I needed to go to the publix next door so I was going to pay then go to publix to get a few drinks, however instead of letting me pay they took the customer behind me and let him order his food and pay, so I just left and came back because obviously they weren't ready for me to pay yet. When I got my food and brought it home most of my sushi was extremely chewy, I am talking full blown gummy, but I was hungry and to the restaurant's credit it was 6:00 P.M, I am sure the rice was from the bottom of the last batch of rice or something along those lines, some of the sushi was not gummy so it was still strange. I'd like to give 3.5 stars (1/2 star for the gummy sushi, 1/2 star for not letting me pay and 1/2 a star because I couldn't order the Nabe Yaki Udon) but 4 stars is adequate, I will definitely try this place again in hopes the sushi...

UPDATED REVIEW: I have no clue what happened, but the food was HORRIBLE. I mean gross. The sweet and sour chicken was hard. The egg rolls not much filling. The Dancing Eel Roll was gross. The eel was chewy, smelled burnt, and not fresh at all! The seaweed salad was not flavorful. They have seriously gone downhill. It was SOOOOOOOO expensive, too for the amount of food and poor quality. We ordered like 7 different items and all of them were bad.

We came here after having to go to the kids urgent care next door and we had missed dinner. They were fast and the food was fresh and hot! They gave us some extra soup for my daughter bc I was just going to give her the soup that came with my meal. The chicken katsu meal came with so much chicken! You could share with someone, I ended up taking some home. The gyosa dumplings were yummy and the Chinese food they had- we got the general tso chicken- was so good! And you can ask for them to adjust the spice level to your liking. I would recommend this to anyone. Prices were pretty typical or a little less than our normal sushi spot we go to.
