Wendy's — Restaurant in Altamonte Springs

I was beginning to think I was getting punked. We ordered a $6 biggie bag with double stack with bacon, fries nuggets and a drink we ordered an additional 6 piece nugget and a strawberry frosty. The big marque out front says Strawberry Frosty, a big picture on the windows Strawberry Frosty , sign at the register picture of this beautiful strawberry frosty. When I ordered this the girl says we don't have strawberry frosty only chocolate no explanation. LoL. So when we got the tray it was missing the 6 piece so I asked for it the girl taking the order and another employee are looking up at the screen all confused and going back and forth to the register finally they give me the nuggets. I then realized they forgot to give me my drink cup so I said I needed my cup and the guy says you didn't order a drink didn't she give you a receipt? I said no I didn't get a receipt but the biggie bag comes with a drink by now the customers behind me are telling him yes it comes with a drink but he went over and printed the receipt and handed it to me. I looked and pointed out the drink on the receipt. He said we gave that to you, I said where is it then? Why don't I have one? He said I thought you asked for something else. And gave me a cup. The floors were sticky and every table was dirty and sticky. I had to wipe off my own table even though it was not busy. So when I open my sandwich it's a spicy chicken sandwich not the bacon cheeseburger I ordered lol. I ate it anyways I could not go back up again to complain, except I did have to go back up because the ketchup dispensers were out of ketchup. Worst Wendys experience ever! Chili was pretty...

The start of the experience was negative in the fact that the credit card machines were down in the restaurant, and they were only accepting cash. I understand that these things happen, so this in NO WAY reflects the rating I have given this store. However, when we placed our order, we needed to have two items removed from the order due to insufficient funds (cash only - no plastic), in which the manager on duty came out extremely rude and removed the items, then disappeared to the kitchen. We asked another question to the sweet cashier, which apparently the "manager" overheard incorrectly and she loudly shouted from the back "Do they want something else taken off now?" as if we had inconvenienced her so drastically on a quiet night in which sales would most certainly be down. I could not even control my laughter as I was so surprised at the rudeness of a person in charge of leading others and setting an example. We finally received our food after an uncharacteristically long wait for a franchised fast food restaurant, and exited the store. The food was extremely poor, and the chicken sandwiches almost inedible as they had been made so long ago. All in all, this was by far the WORST Wendy's I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. I certainly hope they can correct the issues, as they seem to start at the top of this particular store.

Poor service, unsanitary. My first impression of a restaurant starts with how I am greeted as I walk in and in this case, we were not. We stood behind the register for at least 5 minutes with. No greeting, no be right with you, just watching the girl walk back and forth in front of us ignoring is. When she finally took our order she never spoke, just looked at me. As she started gathering our order I watched as he very long, yellow and green fingernails slid into the chicken nugget containers and I could only think of what nasty, dirty, scummy bacteria was underneath the nails touching my food. And she was missing one....just hoping it didn't end up in someone's food. I asked for a manager and was told there wasn't one, the exact words were "there's not really one." I explained what I saw and they gave me new nuggets. They were also out of cup lids so I asked for two and she picked then apart with her nails and placed them down on the counter (that was obviously not cleaned with sauce spills and who knows what else) then proceeded to slide them over to me, so gross. After the rest of our order was complete, we sat down only to find the order was completely wrong. We had other family with us who also had a problem with their food. With 4 of 5 orders wrong, we got a refund and didn't eat. I suggest you don't eat...
