Burger King — Restaurant in Altoona

Running some errands today, my wife and I went through the drive thru to grab some lunch. We were the only vehicle there. Placed our order and moved forward to the pickup window. We paid and waited a considerable amount of time while they prepared the order. We got our food and pulled out of the parking lot. Got to the next stop only to find my order was wrong and we didn’t get straws for the drinks. Ordered just tonight and got 2 plain double cheeseburgers with nothing but ketchup and cheese, and apparently they can't properly read the orders because they ended up putting bacon and mustard on them both, when the order specifically said nothing but cheese and ketchup, then when i called in I was told it's my own problem and they won't do anything about it. We each ordered and got our food, no problem. The ketchup dispenser was empty, so I asked for ketchup. The lady gave me three packets of ketchup, and then my friend asked for Zesty Sauce for his meal. He was told we would have to pay for the Zesty sauce because we asked for extra ketchup.
