Beers installed a $50K+ Heating/Air conditioning in our century old house. Installation was seamless, techs were fabulous and we were satisfied with the outcome until we tried to get support with the system. Unluckily, at that point everything fell apart. No communication. It seems that the Beers that sold us the system, installed but do not communicate after he has the money (cash btw). First problem was we needed a plumbing vent, they never scheduled it although Mr. Beers promised to take care of it. Multiple calls with questions where handled by assistant--he was too busy hunting. Finally, we had a problem with part of the system, it was diagnosed as something that was missed during install--we were charged $172 for the service call (3 months after installation and the first big cold wave).

Beers just installed a new central AC system in our home, which had no prior ventilation system whatsoever, so this was a large undertaking, and they knocked it out of the park. The work included installing a brand new compressor unit outside, a brand new air handler in the attic, and an entire attic ventilation system to distribute to all of our rooms. Joe and Mike did top notch work with the entire installation process, which also included new electrical lines, a new WiFi thermostat, and drainage pipes from the attic, all of which were very neatly and professionally done. They kept the entire process cleaner than we anticipated for a job like this, and they were all around great guys to work with. Absolutely on point, called for an inspection to our furnace because it wasn’t heating and it wasn’t cooling the next day. A young gentleman came to the building said what we needed. He called the owner Randy Beers and next thing you know Randy was here in a couple of hours and within that days time we had a brand new system hooked up to our Funeral Home. It was unbelievable. I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs any type of plumbing heating air-conditioning work on the spot timely true facts on what we needed. We discussed it briefly.
