Subway — Restaurant in Altoona

I used to love this Subway BUT the staff at Subway changed and so the service changed. The sandwich was swimming in Mayo and siracha there were hardly any veggies on my "veggie" sub. Also my husband emphasized that I cannot have meat products and that they would have to change their gloves... It was a BIG deal for them to even do that. Then we ordered a cheese roll and the lady put pepperoni on it when we said NO MEAT. My husband went to correct her and the lady was just going to pick the pepperoni off and use it anyway and my husband said "you will have to make a fresh one" she replied "I KNOW!" Then she wasn't even going to change her gloves and my husband had to say something AGAIN. Another lady ended up making our cheese roll after saying how ridiculous it was. There was another lady in there the same time we were bringing a sub back that she got for her husband .. Steak and cheese with green peppers, onions and mayo .. there were no veggies on hers. It...

We arrived an hour and a half before closing time. We walked in and two staffers were in the front. The male greeted us pleasantly as a female came in from the back and went behind the serving counter. He went into the back and she began busily fiddling with the food and condiment bins. Putting covers on each bin as fast as she could and removing empty bins. I waited to be addressed watching as she continued to fiddle with stuff on the assembly station. Finally I spoke up asking for a steak and cheese 6 inch sub. She asked me mmmmm? I asked — What? She then repeated her question loudly while looking at me as though I was insulting her. When my sub was ready she asked is that all? Yes I replied. No thank you. Not one smile or pleasant greeting or farewell. I sure hope she doesn’t put other customers this way. I was here around 6 months ago. Went to Tyrone to return some stuff and was hungry afterward and was looking for some place to eat. On the way back, most restaurants were just closed as it was around 7pm approximately. I finally saw this subway and it was opened so I stopped and got something to eat. Operatives for the Triads followed me into this subway probably trying to influence them and sabotage my meal but I guess they had no influence here yet so it was a decent meal. However I won't be eating at any subway again after my experience with the subway in Roaring Springs recently. American business are stupid and are easily manipulated by the Triads, other East Asians and the many liberals out there. Dealing with stupid people are just as dangerous as dealing with any other dangerous people. Avoiding all subway...
