I know mistakes happen when making food. I ordered a plain fish sandwich for my 84 year old mom. I asked for tartar sauce on the side. I pay. Everything so far is great. They hand me my food out the drive through window. I ask plain fish sandwich right. The guy says yes. I say is there a side of tartar sauce in the bag. The guy says yes but looks puzzled. I think before I travel home to give this to my mom. I better check. I can't find the side of tartar sauce. I look in the fish sandwich container, thinking maybe it was there. No not there AND sandwich is not plain. OK I understand mistakes happen. I get out of the car and walk inside to get a plain fish sandwich with a side of tartar sauce. I bring the receipt trying to be a good customer. I tell the lady what happened. She starts to defend herself instead of saying sorry we will get this taken care of. She says it didn't say plain, and then whips it in the garbage. Still saying it didn't say plain. Remember I have the receipt and it says plain. Then she let me know how long it would be. OK no problem. I am waiting and watching her make it. She puts it in the bag and folds the bag hands it off to some other female. As she is doing this I remind her I need a side of tartar sauce. She looks at me and said I already gave it to you. I said I didn't get any and another female speaks up and said right here is the side of tartar sauce. She tried to make me THE CUSTOMER sound like a liar. First. It didn't say plain, I thought no problem, maybe she didn't see it. BUT when she said she gave me the tartar sauce, I said at this point in front of the customers all around there I would hear, I am sorry about the mistake. Here you go. Have a great evening or something to that effect. I didn't get that, I said please tell her she owes me an apology. This was NOT about the food.It was about RESPECT! I left and not k owing who the manager was went home picked up the phone and yes by this time I am pissed. I get a female and she said you left so fast I was going to tell you your next visit it would be free food. She said there was some miss communication. NO there is some DIRESPECT. I don't want free food. I am standing up for allowing her to direspectef a customer. It happened to be me. What happened to I am sorry.I will take care of this for you.I made sure it's right and everything is in the bag including the side of tartar sauce. I owned food establishments in this town over 25 years. If that would of happened first I would STOP the employee then take great care of the customer. Mistakes happen BUT DISRESPECT does not have to. Sorry but if this ever happens again to me or I see it happen to anyone I will personally be pounding on the door of the owner. Sorry Joe but Atleast make sure your employees are aware of how they talk to and treat your customers. Like I said food mistakes happen but disrespect does...
Read moreFood is usually good. Prices are good. But be prepared to check your order every time before you leave. The waits are often long and without exaggeration something is wrong with the order at least every other time, whether missing items or wrong items. I waited 30 mins for an apple pie once. Not an isolated incident. My description is based on going here for several years only because it’s a very convenient location for me. But I’m going to have to start going elsewhere. While the food is usually good, I give it one star overall because the consistently bad service detracts so much. This evening I ordered a burger without a bun for my mom because she has celiacs. I got a naked burger in a container with none of the condiments and no utensils. Again. It’s a bunless burger. I stopped customizing the condiments on my orders because they come to me as a sopping mess, yet tonight my McDouble was dry as a bone. No ketchup. I don’t make a habit of leaving bad reviews. Check my other Google reviews. But this...
Read moreIf there was an option to rate this as a 0 out of 5 stars, I definitely would. Our order was a happy meal with extra fries and a chocolate milk, 2 double cheeseburgers (one plain and one with just ketchup and pickles) and a basket of fries. They gave us the chocolate milk immediately and told us to pull into the open slot to wait for the fries, no big deal right? Well we were waiting for 25 MINUTES. 25! Honestly though 25 minutes for just a couple of fries. That's not even the worse part. The cheeseburger that was supposed to have the cheese, only ketchup, and only pickles had ketchup, mustard and ONIONS. I don't remember adding onions. Even if they did remember the pickles that would've been 4 condiments, last time I checked 4 does not equal 2. We've been going to this McDonald's for almost 6 years now and this is the first time they really badly screwed up our order. Please higher older staff that can count to...
