Went in with a coupon and was told they do t accept them.
As I was ordering I had to constantly repeat myself. All I got was 2 sandwiches. A kids sandwich and myself one. Asked for mine to be toasted and it was put in but was still cold. The place was very quiet. When I first walked in I was looking at the menu and was told to go to the other side of the restaurant. I was not given a hi or hello just a rude comment telling me to go to the other side. I was clearly looking up at the menu not even ready to order. The workers were super slow I mean moved at a snails pace. A kids sandwich and a 6 in was 12.00. Highly not happy with my experience. As I walked in with the coupon in my hand clearly visible. And they waited until after I made my order to tell me they do not accept them. Which is fine I don’t know why you would wait until after to advise you don’t take coupons.
I would have taken my kid somewhere else that they were more familiar with if I would have known I was gonna be told to go to the other side and that coupons are...
Read moreLet me start by saying I ordered A LOT. I highly recommend going to the subway on Adventureland Drive instead of this one. It is a different franchise owner and it shows dramatically. This Subway's customer service is not great. I'm not saying they're rude or mean but it's obvious the training is that the restaurant is more important customer. Ranging from different things. For one they are consistently out of chocolate chip cookies at least two hours before closing and refuse to make more. I definitely get the vibe that the owner stipulates that if there is a cookie left at closing, they will go out of business. Online orders that don't come through on their receipt properly but show properly on the app that it was fully paid for and they will only honor what comes through on their receipt even with proof of purchase. I generally order 5 sandwiches at a time and it does feel as if it's an inconvenience. My first visit to the Adventureland Drive store was so pleasant that I am now willing to drive the extra few minutes to give them...
Read moreHave visited this location a couple times to use a gift card. Figured it would be better than the dirty Wal-Mart location on the other side of town, and it is cleaner, but the food and service are no better. Both times I've visited the staff have been overworked and unhappy (and chronically underpaid by a greedy absentee franchisee owner who makes thousands to sit on their ass while the people making the actual sandwiches toil to earn him his "capital" to squander on an ostentatious lifestyle, just a guess.) The food is especially disappointing here- sloppily made sandwiches, soggy bread, cold meat, and inaccuracy with online orders. The veggies and other ingredients do seem to typically be fresh. The store appears decently clean, they just always have an inordinate number of signs plastered on the doors that look like they were printed off a MS Word doc. Overall a subpar experience, even for the low, low expectations of the...
