Even though I live closer to another gas station by my house- I continue to go to Hyvee gas station here in Altoona. I go occasionally (Monday-Friday) for coffee & I know for a fact they have excellent morning staff!!! The staff is marvelous and super helpful/friendly. In down pouring rain, I was escorted by employee named John with his umbrella! Amazing! Also, Jeff the manager is super cooperative & will go out of his way to make your visit the best he can. All of the hard work Altoona Hyvee Gas has put into making customers feel welcome when they walk in the door, is wasted when people like BRIAN (a 50+ year old man child) get off scot free for disrespectful behavior. I buy all my gas for my business here. These people are not only friendly but they make you feel like a valued customer. They address people by name when they walk in the door.
