Haines Park — Attraction in Altoona

Haines Park is a very nice city park with a rose garden, modern playground for the kids and a nice shelter. Large shade trees and being a block or two from the main street make it both easy to get to and quiet. Parking is limited but this has never been a problem as we have only been there during the week for lunch.
