Absolutely terrible service. The waitress immediately rushed us about ordering, and was terribly rude when we asked questions. I had fond memories of this place from a couple years ago, but sadly the quality did not stand the test of time apparently. You can’t upgrade from fried rice to any sort of lo mein except plain, for two extra dollars. If you want a side of lo mein you have to pay darn near $10 for a full serving, there is no other option according to our server. I ordered for my fiancé and I, and before I could decide what to get for my daughter (because I didn’t have time before she came for our order, she was rushing us) she was taking the menu straight out of my hands! When she walked away (WITHOUT asking if we were done ordering!) I told her I no longer wanted food and to please ring me up for our drinks. Absolutely terrible experience and I will not...
Read moreI'm never coming here again. It doesn't matter how the food tastes. The only combo plates available have all the cheap items! What a ripoff! They brought me a can of soda with a cup of ice & charged me three $3 for that! They don't even care enough to mop the floor with a big, sticky soda stain at a radius of 3 feet wide that i stepped in as I was looking for a table! I'm sorry, but I have been in way Better chinese restaurants than this...place. Don't ask them to serve you a glass of water because it comes right out of the faucet... Something that tastes like a water hose... she...
Read moreThe food here is sublime. Chopsticks is the local favorite for American Chinese food.
However, I would recommend calling ahead and ordering take-out. Not only are the portion sizes usually a bit larger via take-out, but the inside dining area is pretty unclean. Lots of grime on the salt and pepper shakers, and the chairs are so sticky from years of usage that my wife's legs shed an entire layer of skin when she tried to get up from the table while wearing shorts - gross.
Overall, I'd recommend this place for anyone with a hankering for Chinese and can tolerate less than ideal service or...
