Food was not bad but my wife found 3 hairs is her waffle. Service was awful. We waited for almost 15 minutes for someone to clean off the tables. Waitresses would walk by dirty tables without cleaning them off for customers, and no one apologized for the wait. An older waitress was trying to carry too many plates so her thumb was in the food of a customer’s order. Nobody seemed in a hurry to serve or clean, and nobody smiled. It seemed like every employee was aggravated that they were so busy. Dirty tables not being cleaned and yet there were 4 employees standing around the grill doing nothing. The one time I did see a waitress wiping off the she wiped the food right onto the floor. The worst part? THE DISTRICT MANAGER WAS THERE COOKING AND RINGING UP CUSTOMERS AND YET IT SEEMED HE HAD NO CONTROL OF THE EMPLOYEES OR THE SERVICE. The absolute worst Waffle House I’ve ever been in. You can’t simply rely on tourism to cover your errors. That’s why we usually go to Corams because they know how to treat customers. Get employees who actually smile and greet customers, and get your cooks to wear headgear so hair doesn’t end up...

Our waitress was EXTREMELY rude not only to us, but to the people next to us as well. ...for instance: the gentleman sitting next to me reminded the waitress he should have some toast coming. She spun on her heel and snapped in a VERY angry tone "I'll bring the toast when it pops up!"
Watching the other wait staff, they were all in generally sour moods. When I went to pay, the lady at the cash register told me I was just going to have to wait my turn as she was busy with someone else... again, it was all of the tone of voice and body language. The entire wait staff was angry and rude.
The food was mediocre as well. My wife had ordered a waffle. It had been sitting on the counter next to the waffle iron for nearly 10 minutes when they brought it over. It was ice cold.
This was a completely terrible experience. Would I go back to Waffle House? Absolutely. Would I go back to this particular Waffle...
Read moreI am a bartenderer.. I visited this location at approximately 8:10 PM on 3/18/19. My credit card was not working .. I had no cash.. I had been on a Greyhound bus to see my son who was still working at the time and could not pick me up .. since my card was not working i couldn't call an uber or even get a ride from the bus station so the driver was kind enough to drop me at the light.. which was right in front of your Waffle House. I told the server I was waiting for my son to pick me up. She brought me a water without a second thought in a Togo cup without any questions! I only had a $1 to leave her which completely breaks all my tipping rules.. long story not so very short.. they made a very humiliating time bareable!! I totally give you guys 5 stars!! Thank You...
