Taco Bell — Restaurant in Amarillo

I am a regular Taco Bell customer in many cities and this one I honestly was very disappointed. I ordered online like usual to eat instead and the doors where closed first issue. Then i preceeded to the drive through and when I got my order I checked it and noticed that one of my items was cold and told the associate she said park up front and we will get you another one, and I told her please don't put sour cream. Another associate approached me and gave me a bag with the item, he left. I opened the bag and checked the item and it had sour cream. I parked in another spot and called nobody answered, so I drove to the drive through window, but had to wait in-line until I arrived at the window and said I asked please no sour cream and it had sour cream an associate approached be very angry and said we are overwhelmed and we don't have any AC in the store then she said move to the front and wait all this in a rude manner. By this time the rest of my food was already cold. They brought me the Taco and it was fine, bottom line it took me more than 45 minutes to get my food and at the end I had to only eat the Taco brought to me without sour cream. I will have to say that for one thing I will never stop again at this Taco Bell and this also will make me think about ordering online. Please be careful...

My goodness, folks. I am astounded. Two visits to this Taco Bell’s drive-through now, and each time the person working the window and taking the orders didn’t sound like serving a customer was the greatest inconvenience that could possibly occur in their entire existence, every menu item was still available because they hadn’t run out of ingredients (even Mexican Pizza wasn’t an exception), and we ended up with truly every item we actually ordered. Do I feel strange about awarding a perfect 5 star rating to a Taco Bell due to them meeting the bare minimum requirements for good service based off of two visits? Not at all! I may be premature in crowning this Taco Bell as the best in Amarillo, and it’s honestly genuinely decent even if the bar weren’t miserably low here, but I doubt the few Taco Bells in town that I’ve so far had the good fortune of having not yet eaten at could manage to consistently refrain from being disappointing on multiple levels two...

I give zero stars!! To post i have to give 1!! They are undeserving of this single star!!

The worst service Unprofessional Disrespectful Seems we annoyed the staff by spending money at their restaurant! We made them have to do their job!! My apologies!! Lol

My order took 20 minutes to get 4 tacos and cheesy fiesta potatoes and fries!

The potatoes were burnt and not edible!! And when I asked to have them fix the issue, the guy on the line asked why!! Unacceptable behavior!! And the issue wasn't resolved, the potatoes were still burnt!! I gave up!!

The tacos we received were broken and had to use a fork to eat!!

The fries were put upside down in the bag and soggy!!

The kiosk to order is ridiculous, this allows the staff to be lazy!! Hints the bad service! Plus why is it ok for them to play on their phones why the line to the Kiosk backs up!!

Im hoping Taco Bell goes out of business!! This seems to be the trending issue at every...
