KFC — Restaurant in Amarillo

Biscuits were doughy and not cooked good. My family and I had waited an extra 6 minutes because there wasn't any biscuits. Then it still came out like that! I ordered a total of 5 chicken fried steak dinners, which was to have brown gravy instead of white gravy and 6 apple turnovers. Daughter opened her steak dinner it had both brown and white gravy. Therefore, she didn't eat it! I called the manager. He just apologized and offered 4 biscuits for next time. Then I told him about the gravy situation and he said he was the one making the plates. Which I know for a fact that was a lie, I was there in the store watching. It was two female employees making the plates! This location has lost a loyal customer! The manager was kinda rude and a liar! This was the 1st time I've had a problem there. I'm just very disappointed my daughters plate and the biscuits were not replaced that day! And he didn't even offer to fix my...

Stay away from KFC at 316 E. Amarillo Blvd, Amarillo, Tx!!

My husband just went in there and bought an 8 pc bucket meal. I was on the phone with him when he ordered. She told him that the 8 pc comes with 8 pieces of chicken, 2 sides, 4 biscuits and 4 cookies. I heard her over the phone. My husband ordered the Extra Crispy. I heard him say it! What we got was 8 pieces of not crispy chicken that didn't even halfway fill the bucket. 5 of the pieces were wings and 3 thighs!!...and there is no cookies with the order. I can't STAND wings...and especially soggy chicken!!!! Is this what KFC does to cut costs?...feed everyone wings?!?! I am SO TICKED OFF!!...because I usually LOVE KFC.... but I will NOT BE RIPPED OFF LIKE THIS AGAIN!!

This had to have been one of the worst KFCs I've ever been to!!! On the normal I love the KFC bowl!!! This time it was simply unbeatable!!! The chicken was not chicken...just fried bread crumbs!!! My meal was supposed to have a yummy chocolate chip cookie...instead they have me fried!!! Really potatoe bowel and fries???? Come on now!!! If you were out of cookies just let me know and I'll opt for something other than fries!!! A d they were burnt fries to boot!!! And my sweet tea...you know that old taste from setting way too tooooo long...yep!!!! I could not go back to have them fix the issue....working and all!!!!
