Cliffside Coffee — Restaurant in Amarillo

I've been a Cliffside Customer for a few years now, and all I can say is 👏. I always enjoy the experience of going there, the employees are always nice and wanting to talk. They always answer the questions I have about their monthly drinks. They're always positive, and let's just say that yes the drinks are amazing as well! Today specifically I had a January monthly special called the E.T. It is so delicious. I had it as a frost, and sort of reminded me of the Shamrock Shakes from McDonald's. However, my three main mains to get are:

•Large Frozen Mudslide w/whip cream •Large Frozen Avalanche w/whip cream •Large Cold Brew w/ cream&sugar(& sometimes whip cream)

All in all, Cliffside is phenomenal!!! If ever the chance to try it! DO IT!!...

After waiting more than 20 minutes in line, I finally arrived at the drive through where 3 people told me to keep waiting. At the point, I was going to be late to work. Finally, someone came to the window and again was going to tell me to wait but when I was obviously not happy took my order. Finally someone else handed me the obviously wrong drink. (I ordered a cold brew, which does not come hot) which they wanted me to again wait for them to try again. This was my 2nd time to try to offer a second chance as they were supposed to be offering a teacher special, which I still did not get. I would not recommend this place & do not...

Best coffee in Amarillo. No doubt. I go here 3-4 times a week if I'm able. They've got great prices and a really nice "buy 10 get one free card". So I pretty much get a free coffee every 2-3 weeks. The main thing that sets them apart is their customer service though. They'll chat with you while you're waiting for your drink. It really can make your day when someone is asking about you and being cheerful first thing in the morning.

5 year update: Still the best coffee in town. They go by your phone number instead of the point card now. They still talk while you wait. Can't say enough good...
