We haven’t been to this only and local Jack in the box in awhile because of the past horrible unwanted experiences. Mind you the one that serves AC. This is at 9pm. The same rude woman at the window that we had a bad experience with every time we come She never greets, she gives a stare and snatches my card from me. Whatever just give us our food. She hands me my mini taco box with the lid open. REALLY! Hands the rest of our food and says “that’s everything “. Checked the bag what do you know the same thing happens again, we are missing an item. Now I am forced to go in. REALLY! I go in and let the person that is working the fryer(manager) know that I am missing an item. She gives me a stare like I was lying and it was my fault. REALLY! I expressed my concern about this restaurant. They never ever get the order right and the person at the window is ALWAYS rude. This place and attitude will never change at this location due to the 2older woman that works the drive thru. SAD! Till the owner of this place gets people in here that care about service and quality. WE WILL SPEND OUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Read moreThe staff were very friendly, but I don't think they were able to hear me very well. I would consider updating the microphone/speakers at the ordering box.
I had ordered 6 chicken strips, with a medium curly fry and strawberry shake. I also asked for a slice of cheesecake. When I got to the window, I asked for barbeque sauce.
When I got to my new home (I just moved) I checked the bag to find that they had instead given me a chocolate cake, and instead of barbeque they gave me buffalo sauce.
I'm lucky that my step-great-grandparents happened to have some barbeque sauce with them, otherwise I would have had to throw out the chicken. (I can't handle spicy foods at all, but I also can't tolerate chicken unless it tastes like barbeque.)
I tried to eat some of the chocolate cake, but it didn't satisfy my cheesecake craving and overall I was disappointed.

Then enjoy eating your COLD food that sat on the counter because they didn't have the sense to have the problematic customer in front of me wait for their order in front of the store so I and the other 4 cars behind me get their lunch. I will NEVER go to this location again. After this experience I may never go to Jack In The Box again.
Let me elaborate: I would not accept the cold food that I saw waiting on the counter and told them I wanted my order fresh. I went inside, identified who I was, and still stood waiting for 10 minutes for someone to provide my food. I finally said I wanted a refund. I was informed that couldn't happen since I ordered online. The manager came out and said I could cancel in the app. I found this odd and when I tried to, there was no option to do so.
