Taco Bell — Restaurant in American Canyon

Horrible experience we walked in all dinning area is dirty but we still give it a chance as we see there are only 3 or 4 young guys working and it seems busy. We put in our order and find the cleanest area to sit. Quite some time passes and we start get a lil antsy waiting for are order as well as other fellow customers, when they finally call me up I go get my order but I'm still missing my cups for my drinks and I wanted some salsas since there was none at the area they should be. I stand there waiting still patiently to ask one of the guys for my stuff when idk what happens but the one who is making the food starts slamming and throwing everything around as he is causing and screaming about how how he hates working there and that the manager is a lazy beep beep beep so I still wait hoping I get one of the other guys who isn't having a melt down. By this time my wife come up to see why I'm just waiting there and a new guy comes up and we tell him what we need he only gives us the cups and start telling everyone else that they are out of several things because the morning manager didn't do his job right so their orders will either get modified or cancelled... still we wait patiently then he finally ask "yes?" and I say can I please get the sauces he's like oh yeah yeah ok... he literally throws them on the counter and turns like he is going to leave but I think he saw my face and ask is that ok I answer still nicely yes thank you and just go sit and try to eat but it just gets worse after that... all I know is I'm never going back there again and hope they hire people who know how to work and manage a fast food place...

SLOW, INCONSISTENT, DOWNRIGHT RUDE. Do not go to this taco bell if your in a bad mood, or in a rush. There so slow they prioritize the drive through, and they cant even keep up with that. There spending way too much time trying to keep their timer in the green, that they take your order, make you pay, and IDMIDIETLY send you to the parking lot to wait, even for somthing small like a drink and a taco. Im speaking off of personal experience, i showed up at 9:30pm on a Wednesday, absolutely nobody in the store, and nobody in the parking lot, and nobody in the drive through. Me and a freind go inside, and order off the kiosk, (they dont evem give you the option to talk to an employee, we both order 2 items, a drink and a burrito, and 15 minutes later, they start working the drive through, and send the people who just order to wait in the lot. Another 10 minutes later we ask for our drinks, and 20 minutes more, we finally get our food after the 4 drive through customers and 2 door dash customers, none of which were there when we arrived.

This is one of many instances iv had, ranging from long wait times, to not being served, to being served the complete wrong order.

There are a few good employees and occasionally I'll get the right food, and get served on time. Coodose to those employees. But everyone else there needs to resign. There absurdly slow, rude, and disorganized....

*Update have been here multiple times since initial review. Up until today the staff has been exceptional. Today though- A new young lady is in town. She curses at staff asking if they understand english. When they got my order incorrect today, I stated it was incorrect and asked if they could remake it. One of the gentlemen said the powerbowl needed to be remade and she asked for the one i returned. When the gentleman said you cant do that, she said watch me. At that point i did not want anything because i didnt trust her with my food. Her attitude was heard loud and clear throughout the dining area and to be honest I'm sad that this Taco Bell has someone with such a sour attitude working there. It's a high volume store and the staff there usually handle it with grace, patience and smiles. Today was awkward and you could tell staff who I have seen here previously were looking in awe, disbelief and uncomfortable. I liked this Taco Bell. Until today.

The customer service here is exemplary!!! They have fun but get the job done! It's a great store. You can hear the pep talks management is very engaged with...
