My dad was craving short ribs and this is one of the closer Hawaiian spots in American Canyon. We came here on a Sunday afternoon for lunch and it was empty, they cook and prepare your food as you order. It wasn’t busy and our food came out fresh. I personally like short ribs, the side sauce made it a little more tasty, came with rice and their macaroni salad is just ok to me. Read moreI placed a phone order for pickup today. I arrived and wasn't let in because I didn't have a mask. When I asked if they require masks are they supplying them? Without getting an answer I was told to go outside. So I leave without my food. About 10-15 minutes later I get a call from the cashier asking me if I was going to pick up my food. I told her no because you wouldn't let me in without a mask. Then she tells me if you don't have a mask we will bring your order to you outside. Read moreA few months ago, i had lunch here. Normally, i dont post negativity, but this experience was very disappointing. Not going comment on the quality of food, just the service. I waited for another item from my original order for 30-45 minutes, when we finished our meal and 4 other customers got their complete order. I went back twice to the cashier to tell me it's not ready, just wait. When i asked for my money back, there was still no verbal acknowledgment of understanding to the customer.
