Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in American Canyon

When we walked in we were met with a highly unenthused young woman who i wasn't even sure worked there had she not been standing behind the counter.

We walked up to order and asked if there was a menu. The girl told us to go scan the QR code behind us....while we were ordering the girl seemed bothered by any question asked. Very unfriendly. Ok no big deal.....at least I hope the food is good.

I ordered a single house salad for NINE dollars. That seems ridiculously priced for one small garden salad.....the salad bar was pretty sad. Dried out beans....bitter cucumbers. Lettuce pieces bigger than my hand as in not cut up lol. Beets were slimy and the ranch tasted sour....nothing looked fresh unfortunately. The containers for the sunflower seeds and bacon bits were covered in dust...

I was asked if i wanted to dine in or to go and opted to dine in. The main dining room was a mess all the booths had dishes piled up with grease ans crumbs smeared on the table and seats like they had not wiped them all day. Plus the flickering strobe lights above the booths which would have been cool had I been attending a rave.... so we sat in the back room where there were pizza boxes stacked up and an employee soda cup.looked like an employee den. The temp was 62 degrees in the dining room. Really? We can't splurge to even 68ish to warm customers up when it's 40 degrees out during holidays lol?

I get called at the counter to come swoop my pizza which is served in to go boxes with paper plates on top. I guess that's their rendition of dining in. I asked why it was in a to go box since i asked to dine in and was told that's how they do it for dine in. We decided to just take the pizza back to the hotel where we wouldn't freeze eating it.

The experience was awful to a comical degree. The pizza I ordered tasted good so I will give them that...but i ended up on the toilet for the next 2 days with my guess being the busted salad bar as the culprit. Won't be back. I used to love round table. This location was a genuine...

This Roundtable has the worst staff. We stayed in Napa and went here two days in a row as after all our festivities traveling, we were tired and this was close to our hotel. We tipped a lot both times and didn’t make any fuss. We had reservations at a restaurant that would have charged us 200.00 easily but cancelled as this was convenient. However, we would’ve been happily ready to pay the extra cost for really good service as opposed to this. We asked politely for cutlery for our salads and without a word, the cashier handed it to me as if it was inconvenient. The female worker behind the counter making the pizza was staring at us and I mean death stare to see who would break first. I had my daughter with me and I just am not going to participate in that behavior. “Grow up.” She had a scowl on her face the entire time, like we shouldn’t be there. They close at 11, and we arrived at 8:50pm and there were only two other guests that arrived during this time. They were not busy. The cashier could not be bothered. This was horrible service and whomever is in charge needs to re- staff your store. I get not being able to staff well because of potentially low wages but In short your employees were entitled and rude both nights. That’s why I posted this tonight after the first...

I ordered my food and had to wait an hour for it. People who bought their food after me got their food before me and when I asked about it, they said it would be 15 more minutes. When we finally got our 2 pizzas, one of them was cold, and the pizzas weren’t even cut all the way or cut into even slices at all. When I ordered, I ask for wings and the cashier rung me up for twists instead. Didn’t get those until 15 minutes after we got the pizzas, and they didn’t even offer to make it right. The staff didn’t care and they were on their phones instead of working. The girl putting the items in boxes was literally talking on her phone at the window. I never come to Round Table and I honestly don’t think I will again. Definitely not this one. I don’t live in this area either so it was very disappointing.

To top it off, their ice machine was also broken, so they had a bin of ice next to the soda machine. I read some other reviews and the first one I saw said the ice machine was broken so I am not sure if it broke again or if they never fixed it from...
