Absolutely disgusting. Management is horrible and so is the staff. I've ordered twice from this place and both times my order was wrong. I was fine with walking away with different toppings on my pizza IF THEY HAD PUT ANY ON IT! They left it completely topping-less because they did not have the toppings I wanted and they didn't tell me. I had to go back and ask them to at least put something on it. They just threw the toppings on top and handed it back to me. The second time I ordered through the app at around 7:30. I didn't get my pizza till 9:45 because they didn't make it. Tasted gross. Manager could care less either time. The third time my friend ordered delivery. They took about 2 1/2 hours to deliver. My friend spent $80 with a large tip for the driver. My friend picked it up in store and brought it to me, by this time he had ate a slice. When I received the pizza and I tipped. It wasn't right. There were no tomatoes, mushrooms or extra cheese. I took it back to the store and Myeosha said she couldn't refund my order or remake it bc a slice of pizza was gone. She said she would put a credit on my account of $7 which I felt was low but I realized that was my last pizza anyway so it didn't even matter. Read moreThe staff was very rude and very incompetent. The order was placed originally online but was cancelled by the store for a reason they were unable to give. Then we called the store to place the order over the phone and spent over 20 minutes mainly on hold trying to place the order to someone who had no clue how to do their job or provide customer service. We were unable to place the order we actually wanted but settled for a different order and we went to the store to pick up the order. Also, we were overcharged for the order but paid it anyway because we had already been trying to get the pizza for 2 hours by the time we picked it up. In order for me to even consider going back to this particular Pizza Hut, there will have to be a drastic change in customer service and the staff. The only saving grace was the cook did amazing...
