Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Americus

Not gonna lie, I’m just pissed because I got the 6 piece tender combo and paid 30 cents for extra fries and didn’t even seem like they tried to put extra in there. I feel like I would’ve gotten more fries if I didn’t keep the coleslaw but at the same time, coleslaw or not, I should’ve gotten extra fries💀 and then they were soggy like dang. Tenders were fine aside from a tiny tender. Feel like I got ripped off. The fries just boggled my mind. EXTRA and you give me half of what I feel like I should’ve gotten🤦🏾‍♀️ the amount of fries I got filled up one of the smaller sections in the plate.. be for real. It was a long line in the drive through so I shouldn’t even be surprised. I think they were focused on the fast part instead of the food. And yeah it’s only 30 cents more but I also paid extra for the lemonade (I think) and that was mid. I paid $15.29. I seriously wouldn’t be bothered for real if I gotten the extra fries. I...

I had a great experience at Zaxbys. We were traveling through Americus and stayed a couple of days. We went to Zaxbys because we don’t have one where I live. The customer service was superb, outstanding. I had a young lady helping me , her name was Loshandra. Please forgive me if I didn’t spell your name correct . The food was fresh and tasted great.

My experience was so pleasant that we went back the next day. Thank you Loshandra for being so kind and forthcoming.

Disappointed with my last visit. We ordered a Zalad and Big Zax Snack. We got home and learned the vinaigrette dressing had already been zipped open and spilled in the bottom of the bag, which covered the black food container. There were no eating utensils, no napkins, no sauce for the Big Zax Snack meal, and no straws for the drinks.
