3/30/25 Clerk is suppose to be boxing orders, but instead she's on her cell phone, playing music. She's literally standing next to the chicken. It took her about 5 minutes before she began doing her job. Ridiculous! Value your job and the the customers!!!

I've talked myself out of doing a review several times. I've gone to the point of posting a review, and took it down. But, enough is enough!!! On one occasion I was here at 10:20 a.m. to get some chicken for a funeral. No one ever came on to take my order, at the drive-thru, so I pulled around to the window. The lady looked at me like I was crazy. Online, and the posting on the window said they open at 10:00 a.m. She told me it would be about 11:30. Another occasion, I ordered an all white 3-piece. But, was given a 2 piece dark, with red beans and rice. The gravy that goes over the rice was so thick and dry, As if it was scraped from the bottom of the pan.Another occasion, I ordered some mild chicken for my mom, and aunt. But, was given spicy. Too spicy for them to eat. Not to mention, I drove an hour to take it to them. Be sure to check your meals before you leave. 12/17/22 I revisited here. There were 2 cars in front of me that had already placed their order. It was about 5 minutes before the young lady came on, asking me to "hold please". I had been holding for almost 5 minutes now. Then 3 more minutes passed. I drove around, and went in. Not a soul in the lobby. She standing there in front of the registers playing with her nails, as if she didn't care about the customers. She was the only cashier. They were not busy at all. After all my previous bad experiences, I checked my order before I left. That wing was so small, I kindly asked for another one. Went thru drive thru and ordered family meal 2 drinks and apple pie. she repeated order without apple pie. I asked to please add apple pie to the order. she repeated the order again without apple pie. AGAIN I asked to add apple pie. I get to the window she repeated the order without apple pie. I said ma'am I asked for an apple pie to be added to the order. She explains it will be 8 min on the chicken , would i like to wait. ( she did not acknowledge my comment ) I said that is fine I paid. I visited the site in Americus ga @approximately 3:50-4p. I am so disappointed with my food, it was cold and wasn't cooked recently. Maybe leftover from lunch. The coleslaw was old and not fresh and needed to be thrown out and not to be served especially with it having milk products in it. I didn't get my change or the receipt, although the change was only 0.2 cent. That's not important but I could have got info. from the receipt to inform them that I wasn't satisfied with my order. I had just left the eye doctor and my eyes had been dilated and I just wanted to get home.
