The food here is alright, I've been to several other sonics that have been better, the service is always slow. I don't understand why it should take me waiting for 15 minutes when there is only 4 vehicles in the entire parking lot with a kitchen fully staffed. The drive in menu screens do not work properly, there is no reason anybody should have to yell over and over again to get the server to understand that I want fries. The server that takes your order is always short and rude with customers. There is also no reason that you shouldn't have a sign up saying that the card payment system doesn't work on any of the stalls. They are constantly out of several basic items on the menu. Why is it that every time you order a chili dog, they always put it on bottom so it's smashed by everything else and there no cheese left because it got smashed into the bag yet again. This establishment should be shut down due entirely to the terrible management that it has been under. -10 out of 10. Will not be coming back here at all and will make sure to tell everybody that I know what a terrible establishment and management this location is. Anytime I want sonic I'd rather drive the 45minute to Albany then eat at the one 2.7 miles down the road from my house. The entire kitchen staff needs to be fired and replaced immediately, starting with management.
Edit: I made it home, started eating and the right off the bat I noticed the food tasted different and had a weird taste, but I was hungry so I ate it anyways. I make it half way through the hotdog and immediately started getting sick. Please don't eat here, it apparently is now a health hazard. Never in my life have I gotten food poising from a hotdog. Read moreI went here for lunch today because I wanted their awesome #2. That burger beats any Burger King burger any day. I pulled up to one teller, it was down. I went to #16, and someone else's order was popping up on my screen. I pressed the red button to order,and to let them know that was not my order. But, no one came on. As I was backing up to go to another, someone came out to take my order. She let me knew what was going on. She took my order, and said she'd be back out. I was waiting patiently. 20-25 minutes passed. Surely I should have had my order by now. I pressed the red button again. She said someone will be with me shortly. Shecame back on to take my order. I told her that I placed an order over 20 minutes ago. She apologized, and said she took my order, but forgot to put it in, and to give her a few minutes. I told her to disregard the order because I only get 30 minutes for lunch. I was already late getting back to the office. I've been at work since 6:40, I'm hungry, but now I will have to wait until I get off to eat. 9/16 I went here for lunch to try the all American footlong combo with tots and a coke. Read moreI just had the worst experience at this location. I recently had surgery and as a result my voice was affected so that I speak more softly. I was at the speaker for a long time. She said go ahead with your order and I did. No response. My son tried to order assuming she couldn't hear me. No response. When the gap in the line got so big that there was only 1 car at the window I pulled up. I checked the app while I was waiting to see if I could do that. It says "temporarily disabled at this location." At the window, I asked if she had gotten my order. She said no. Then she yelled at me that she was the only cashier. I said I wasn't upset I just wanted to place my order. She leaned out the window to yell that I had to go back through the line if I wanted to place an order. I have never been treated so rudely...
