Oh my goodness....this lunch that my husband and I ordered was super fresh, so tasty, and incredibly filling for the portion size. At first, I was worried that it wouldn't be enough food, as we ordered the pick 2 half a sandwich and choice of salad for $15. I chose the 1/2 chicken bacon ranch pannini and the harvest salad! The harvest salad was, in one word....AMAZING!!!! The homemade pumpkin vinaigrette salad dressing was super wonderful! All of the fruits and veggies, the greens, and croutons blended together so well with the dressing. The pannini was also fresh, very flavorful, and extremely filling. My husband ordered the cowboy pannini and Ceasars salad. He enjoyed both but really raved about the salad. He had chunks of chicken in it, and it filled him up. It's dinner time now (4+ hours later), and neither one of us are hungry! We will definitely be ordering again...

I'm giving 5 stars because my opinion doesn't affect the efficacy of the business and they are doing wonderfully. I wouldn't give 5 full stars for the coffee beverages (having many years of barista experience) supersede the final product of the beverage, and the skill of the employee. I would give the beverages a 2.5/5 after trying the seasonal flight - though definitely 1000% better than a fast food coffee shop, especially with QUALITY of the food and beverage products offered. Having local and organic foods as the main focus, and gluten sensitive as a supportive focus, is quite the community builder! For these focuses I give the business overall a 5/5 stars We have begun purchasing local milk here, and will continue frequenting in support of the community. I hope that Doc Watson's continues to thrive and grow, thanks for being open and doing...

Watson's Market is a phenomenal addition to the downtown Amherst community, and Lorain County as a whole. With such a health-forward and wellness-focused store, it's easy to get delicious and affordable ingredients here, and hard to leave without having a few good conversations and smiles from the wonderful staff and owners. The produce is fresh and unique, pantry items are a mix of classic things that many people enjoy, as well as newer items that aren't as easy to find - all in one convenient stop. Very much looking forward to seeing this place grow and expand, and thoroughly...
