Small is the size of the restaurant, certainly not the size of the portions. Delicious is everything I and my wife have had there. The restaurant is owned and run by a Syrian Christian couple who make some of the best Middle Eastern food I have had. They do a great takeout business partly because of the modest size of the place, but largely because their pockets are large, scrumptious and varied ... try a chicken caesar pocket for a change of pace.

I would also note that the meals are prepared very expeditiously and that the proprietors are remarkably warm and friendly. They will often throw in an extra something like a stuffed grape leaf.

It is a bit difficult to locate, but well worth the effort. You can head down Kellogg Street from North Pleasant and make your first right into a section occupied by Panda East, Rao's coffee and others. In the same strip with Panda East, closer to Pleasant St. Is Pita Pockets. Go!
