I understand there must be stress as a restaurant during this time, but that isn’t an excuse to be rude to what would be paying customers. I wasn’t even a step in the door when the 1 person making food yelled at me “ordering or picking up” I said ordering and she again very rudely yelled “it’s going to be 25 minutes at least, there are 5 orders to be made and that guy is in front of you”. Besides that interaction, I could see at least one other person sitting in the doorway in the back, which to me leaves no excuse for being 6 orders behind. Went online ahead of time to view the menu, saw they were participating in the $6.99/ea foot long promo. Went in to order, was told by the woman working that they’re not participating in it. Opted for their “BOGO” which only included 5 specific sandwich options. Ordered the tuna and the meatball subs. Meatball sub had probably 9 tiny meatballs on the entire thing.    Read moreI've been going here off and on for the last two years since I've lived in Douglasville. A lot lately the last 3 months. I've tried just about every sandwich on the menu. No complaints there everything is great food quality-wise. I've never had slow or bad service either. Everybody that's ever worked the counter when I've been there was extremely nice polite and spoke clearly especially when the mask thing was going on. Glad that's over but anyways glad that they keep a friendly staff that's fast friendly and efficient. Seems to be the key to business nowadays as long as you got a good product...
