We've been ordering from this location for years and never had any issues until recently. Last few orders, arrived late, pizza not even the same quality. Then tonight, I placed an online order at 10:45, received email confirmation that the order will be delivered in 26-41 minutes. I lost track of time and realized, it had been 1 hour and 10 mins, no delivery yet. Called them and sat in the call que for over 30 mins and nobody answered! I placed my order at 544pm. Received a text saying it would be done in 8-10 minutes. That was the end of any communication. At 628pm I went into the store to question if they lost my order? When he looked for it and brought it over, I asked, don't they text back and confirm it is done? He said when you phone it in they dont have any way to let us know. I ordered pizza and cheesy bread, 2 marinara cups and 2 blue cheese cups. from the Douglassville location. When the food arrived, The cheesy bread had spinach in it and the cheese wasn't even melted. The driver handed me 2 ranch cups, I told him I ordered blue cheese and marinara. He told me they were out of both and said the store would credit my order back with the money.
