Little Nicky's — Restaurant in Amity Township

My aunt lives in Douglassville and I just wanted to share my experience when we visited. We were super hungry and came to this place for its amazing pizza and were severely disappointed with the service. I was traveling with my bearded dragon and cannot leave him alone. I bring him into stores all the time in Harrisburg where I live and I’ve brought him to several places all over the country. I’ve brought him into stores in Florida, restaurants in Boston, traveled on the subway with him, and no one ever asked me to leave a restaurant with him. The teen at the cash register was very nice to us and we tipped her, she even complimented my bearded dragon. We paid for our food and sat down. After paying for our food, I was then told I was not allowed to be in the restaurant with my bearded dragon. I immediately left out of respect to the workers, I never want to cause trouble with anyone. It made me very angry that they did not inform me that he wasn’t allowed in BEFORE we purchased our food and sat down. It is highly inappropriate and very unprofessional. He is not a service animal, but again, every store I’ve been in loves him. It shocked me that this was the first place in the three years that I’ve owned and traveled with him, who made me leave because I had a bearded dragon on my shoulder. When I first moved up here in 2005 this place was PHENOMENAL! Fast forward to 2021 and it’s the complete opposite. Their food quality is nothing to brag about and the friendliness or lack-there-of is nonexistent. Every time you call to place an order you’re told “we close at xxxx, we are no longer taking orders.” When asked why their website says for instance 9pm tonight and I’m told 8pm over the phone they claimed “COVID” as the reason. I’m sorry guys but let’s be real, COVID restrictions are over and it’s time to start getting back to business as usual and stop making excuses for why you don’t want to work. What a shame for such a “once” great place to go down the drain. I’ll take my business elsewhere where others actually want it! There food is very good. That being said they have gotten my order wrong the last 3 times in a row iv ordered from them. Today I ordered boneless BBQ wings and they gave me bone in hot wings. Also left out a sandwich when bagging my order n I had to go back for it. I ordered delivery a while back and it was over 2 hours before it arrived. When I called to check on the status of my order they kept giving me the run around to the point I ordered elsewhere and denied the delivery from them when it finally arrived. If you want to enjoy there food I'd recommend you dine in so u can correct there mistakes with your purchase. Like I said really good food if you get what you ordered that is. All in all I'd say this place has issues and there staff isn't the best. Plenty of better options within a mile or 2...
