Ate at this place the first time ever on 8/4/2022. Never again!! I had the Broiled Haddock, if that is what you wish to call the sliver if 1/4 inch thick fish with a layer of old bay over top of it, which made me cough and choke. I did minus the bread crumbs, now I know why they use bread crumbs- need to fill you up some how. It was about 5" in length (the length of my hand) and it took me 4 bites to eat the entire piece. They were out of steamed Broccoli, (as well as a lot of other things) so I decided to get the Green beans. They were out of a can, canned green beans are awful, mushy, taste less. Who the heck still serves canned vegetables? First one I have been to in a long time that does, even diners serve all steamed veggies!! The side salad with Balsamic, was the only thing that I had besides my drink which consisted of water and lemon that actually tasted good. But how can you mess up either one of those? And no dinner rolls served. Not like would have eaten them however they probably should serve rolls so people do not leave hungry. I Had all I could do to eat my 16.99 meal, and I left there hungry, like I had never even eaten anything. I am not a big girl and I do not eat a lot but let me tell you, that was not even enough to feed a 2 year old child. And the taste did not wow me at all! Save your money- go to McDonald's, More food for your $ and you will at least have some flavor. Total bill for all 3 of us was $74.00 - not worth the $ that...

We called on a whim tonight and they were able to get us in. The place was packed. We sat down right away and gave our drink and food order. The waitress Mandy was awesome. She was handling so many tables but was fully aware of the people at all her tables. What I appreciated was the fact she informed us right away the kitchen was running behind. Being upfront and honest is so important. Knowing that kept us from being uptight but also if we wanted we could have ordered soup to hold us over. Never once did we have to ask for water refills as she was aware at all times and actually did do it three times before we got our meal. We did have to wait over an hour but the food came out hot as we asked ahead of time (nobody likes Luke warm fries) and not one mistake on the order! Dessert was awesome and only $5.00 for a huge slice of HOMEMADE cake. Thanks for a great experience even though the...

It took about 10 minutes of waiting before the hostess came to the check in and seated us. After we ordered appetizers, it took 55 minutes to come out. Our glasses sat empty for 20 minutes before the waitress came for refills.

3 out of 4 entrees were wrong.

  1. ordered a burger with no cheese and fries. It came with cheese and chips. They took it back and brought it out with chips again.

  2. ordered burger 76 and they brought out 72. We told them it was the wrong burger and the food runner insisted we ordered the 72. He came back 2 more times to ask if we ordered the 72 and tried to give us the plate, even after we repeatedly told them it is the wrong order.

  3. Did not receive the side of ranch asked for and the noodles was flavorless with literally no salt.

Country chicken and...

To start, we made a reservation and then they decided to close the dining room before our reservation without letting us know. However, they opened the dining room just for us because they forgot to tell us. Absolutely unexpected and I have a lot of respect for them doing that. Onto the food: if you don't know, this place has 129 (at the time of writing) different burgers on their menu. It did take a while to look through all the options, but I ended up settling on #49, the taco burger. I also got the fried pickles and they were amazing. Finally, I took home a slice of triple chocolate cake, and it was perfect. Super good deal, too!

I came in this evening after completing a round of golf at a nearby course. My son and I came in looking to enjoy a burger and a beer. We walked in and sat at the relatively empty bar and were happy to see the Phillies game on TV. We watched the entire sixth inning of the game as Aaron Nola struggled to get through it. The two bartenders saw us seated at the bar but never stopped their conversation to take our order. After roughly 15 minutes we got up and left the bar. We headed over to Big Phil’s a few miles down the road and spent our $87 (with tip) there. The service at the Douglasville hotel was dreadful. Two thumbs down.
