I was pretty confused when I first drove up since it’s located in a business center. It was also really weird walking up to the building and into the lobby. There was no one else there and I thought maybe this was a business just available for delivery drivers. Once you walk into the lobby though, you’ll see devices that you can use to order from a variety of cuisines and restaurants. After you order you can wait in the lobby until they text you a link that gives you the locker number for your food and also the ability to unlock it. And then you’re on your way!
I loved the convenience of it; especially that they have so many options. I was in the mood for something Asian, but someone else wanted Mexican, and another wanted a burger. We were all able to be accommodated in a place like this. And the wait wasn’t long at all, I think I waited the longest out of my group, and it was 10 mins tops.
The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because of the food. Normally when I look at a restaurant online I can see each other ratings, and easily read comments. At a place like this I have to look up ratings individually from each of the restaurants. I got a banh mi lettuce wrap (Millennials) and didn’t love it; I think they literally used a cut up hamburger for the meat. But the boba I got from a different restaurant (Cloutea Hub) was great. It’s all a toss up. Still love the...
Read moreThis guy in the photo was so unprofessional and rude. I pulled up about to park in handicap and then the guy started yelling at me and I was confused, I told him I was parking Im handicap and then he yelled and said this very hostile “ I don’t see your handicap plaque hanging” And then I told him it’s in the glove compartment because who drives with the plaque hanging, and then he just kept accusing me of not having one and he said everyone drives with their plaque hanging (saying this very hostile and yelling) and then this really big heavy set black guy came out of nowhere and said you’re not getting anything get out of here, So I parked on the side and went inside to speak to a manager, who was a heavyset redhead Hispanic woman to let her know how rude her employee was. As I was speaking to the manager, the really big heavyset black guy started accusing me of being so rude and starting problems outside and I tried to explain to him that I wasn’t starting anything and I was just trying to park and the manager did not check the guy for yelling at me and being rude and then as i I was walking out, the manager was accusing me of calling the black guy a monkey which I didn’t day and would never say anything like that, I was polite and nice at first, and when they start getting rude with me, I matched...
Read moreDiscovered this place while searching for lunch options that were pandemic-safe. Search under Anaheim Food Co.
Website is pretty straightforward, and saves from arriving only to order at a tablet, and waiting awkwardly in a waiting area for your food.
Place is a ghost kitchen, and availability varies daily. Check the site daily for any updated schedules and availability.
Boil Daddy, Cheeseup (cheese ramen), and Kimssi Katsu are my favorite options, though this place also serves birria (beef, not goat), cheeseburgers, and more.
I love the minimal interaction needed. Set up an account linked to your mobile to receive text notifications. Order and pay by credit card through their site. One text to confirm that your order was successful. Another to confirm your assigned locker to pick up your food from once ready.
I've only had one hiccup in the time that I've tried this place where a last minute schedule change meant that I had to order something else. Refund was instantaneous, and I was notified within five minutes of my order.
Food is not always the greatest that you might have had, but it definitely satisfied my craving every time. Safe and minimal interaction during a pandemic is what gives this...
