AHI Hawaiian BBQ — Restaurant in Anaheim

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! WORST EXPERIENCE picking up food from an online order EVER. I was fooled by this place. IT IS NOT A RESTAURANT!!! It is a poor quality cafeteria window that disperses premade microwaved meals into lockers that your order is assigned to and you receive the food from. No humans present to speak to. Felt like I was in some kind of "lost in space" horror movie. The food looked terrible and the place clearly lied about what it is. No one there to get a refund from, so I am having to dispute the charge to get my money back from this scam. The food is abysmal. I would have got a better meal at a 7-Eleven. Shame on this falsely advertised microwave junk and the other FAKE RESTAURANTS whose food is also microwaved ad deposited in the same lockers....

Ordered a loco moco. Hamburger was over cook and dry out. Gravy was terrible. It’s not hard to make a simple brown gravy. What I got was a thicker Version of a katsu sauce. Decided to eat here while visiting a client in the area and was pleasantly surprised on the food quality and taste. I find a lot of Hawaiian BBQ spots to be overly salty but this one was perfect
