Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Anaheim

I wouldn’t recommend no one near future get hired here or get food here, the manager Jose is a liar an he’s so full of it. I get hired here Jose the manager said he will train me he lied he didn’t even show me nothing to learn , he said he will give me 4 hours he lied he wants to me learn so much of the kitchen when he’s giving so little hours make that make sense. Not only that the main reason why I left he was pressuring me telling me I’m slow an ima be left alone an Jose started talking bad about my performance to other employees made the place toxic already it’s my first week ! If Jose had problem about my work performance he could’ve came to me talked about how I can better but he starts off by telling other employees an made me feel like it’s my fault when it not I mean if he’s scared to tell it to my face about it te presto mis huevos. I over heard to employees say he comes to work underfluence being drunk they call him drunky I should’ve reported his to Human Resources when I had the chance but I so kind not to talk bad someone or snitch. I hope some higher up ranks comes checks up on the place by I already he’s going be two face act kind when’s reality this guy is not. I hope he’s gets some kind reality check an gets fired . If he has some kind problem about this comment he knows who I am...

I drove through the drive thru and put a order in (#7 medium) that included extra well done bacon 🥓 since I'm not a fan of shewy meats.

The drive thru attended took my order right but the kitchen messed up and when I return my burger to have the bacon redone I asked to park in front to keep the long line moving and they said yes.

So I waited for my burger with 🥓 bacon once the manager delivered it to my car I asked if she could wait to make sure it was remade correctly she said ok.

I looked at my burger and saw crispy bacon so I said thank you and she responded with if I had made that for someone else they would have returned it.

I felt like that was rude since I ordered my burger specific way for a reason. After all that my burger with the "Really Really crispy bacon" was delicious my fry's where inedible so they ended up in the trash.

This hasn't been the first time they messed up my order or gave me fry's that had been sitting for to long. Unfortunately i will never be returning to this...

I want to thank Jose and his team for helping me find my wallet at 3110e la palma anaheim ca 92806-2802. Also Yesenia,Ashley, Lorena B as they always help me and treat me right and make my food on time and always have a positive attitude when helping me. They are a my fave place to eat i eat there almost everyday because they are great people and work very hard. The dinning section is always clean and they are always going the extra mile for me and aswell as other customers from disabled people to even the homeless who at times might get out of line but Jose is always on top of everything and know how to keep it professional and drama free as some customers i have been able to see can act rude at times but that never makes him or his team lose character. I am thankful for having Carls Jr close to my work as i could be anywhere else but i feel good there and always have a...
