Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Anaheim

beautifully remodeled💖, this Carl's Jr. location is now equiped with charging stations at nearly every 👀table &/or booth!!! 🥳😍🥰 In an area that has become nearly impossible to find a business which provides any functioning outlets🔌... regardless of who you are; I.e, student, vagrant, business person, mother, child, circus clown 🤡... I was PLEASANTLY shocked😯😲😳😁🤣🤗 to see that Carl's did not succumb to their neighbors demeaning ways - no, instead they addressed the need for electricity in a realistic, understanding and positive way that allowed for to them to stay in control of their restaurant while at the same time welcoming those who find themselves in the horrible position of 🤦0% battery. I am sure there are MANY opinions, STRONG💪 opinions that either agree👍 OR disagree👎 with what I have shared, and that's awesome👩‍🎤... seriously! however you feel about it I give you a big 👏 because we are all allowed 🤗 to have opinions and thankfully live in an amazing 🎆 country 🇺🇸 where we can vocalize those opinions.✳️That being said✳️ please note: I have written this comment with the purpose of "review". this is my "review" anyone can leave a "review" of Carl's Jr. I ask that no one be confused and respond to my review with their thoughts on what I've said as it will be catagirized as a a "review" for Carl's Jr. .. email me if you REALLY feel the need to "put me in my place" 😁...

There is only one guy who has really good customer service. I usually go in for ice coffee. If he sees me he usually has it ready. He goes above and beyond. I wish I could remember his name.

My issue is with other employees and manager juanita. Today for example, I went to get my ice coffee and I also happened to get hashbrowns. Hashbrowns ended up undercooked/not hot but whatever, I needed something in my stomach. I asked for light ice in my coffee. Juanita put normal ice and didn't fill up all the way. While waiting for hashbrowns I brought up that there was particles in my ice coffee. (Residue happens but not like that and it's only been served one time before with particles on the bottom). They then continued to tell me that it's like that. I'm sure they wouldn't want to drink something with floaties like that. Also, I purchase it frequently so I think I know what I am talking about. I know I don't even serve soda if I see floaties. Female employee went to replace it/ripped it out of my hand. I ended up getting my money back but am very disappointed. No guest recovery at all and terrible...

I waited in line at the drive through and then finally it was my turn. This location uses and automated computer voice thing when you order. Unfortunately for me it never came on. So I was just saying hello hello excuses me ect at the speaker for about 6 minutes. I didn't know if it wasn't working for my vehicle or if I just had to wait longer. People started honking at me thinking I am just taking forever to order. So I decided to exit the line and park to go inside. As soon as the car behind me pulled up the voice machine asked for their order. Went inside to order which now puts me at the end of the drive through line and basically it took me 30+ min to get...
