I come to this location fairly often. I've never really had issues. The one time I did was when I was not able to use my points to get my drink because their system was down. I wasn't told it was down before I ordered. It would have been nice to know before I waited in the long line only to be told at the window. I had to leave because I had no funds. Waisted drink unless an employee drank it for free or gave it away to someone else. I went to a different location and their system was down as well. Since I didn't know and it wasn't my fault they still gave me the drink instead of wasting it. That restored my faith in Starbucks. If systems are down, put a sign up informing people instead of wasting our time and gas. As far as this location goes... please do better by your customers. We are the reason the doors to this establishment are still open and jobs...

AFTER I told him I was hearing impaired and apologized (shouldn't feel the need to apologize for my disability) he shook his head, smirked and rolled his eyes in my face. I was at the window in the drive thru. He threw my bagel on the counter and took all day with my coffee. So yeah I snatched my stuff after that. He was telling me there was no more half and half but he was difficult to understand. I know it's frust for both parties but don't you dare insult someone's disability and you worth in customer service. I went to another Starbucks and told him immediately that I was hearing impaired. This was in Irvine. The guy took his phone out with a sincere smile and asked a question.. I answered and I thanked him for his kindness and he thought nothing of it.

I understand there was short staff, have only one oven and that they are busy but it is not fair that others got their food and drinks before me. Asked for my refund because by this time it’s about 30 minutes.. didn’t get my food and am super late to where I need to be and they said I can’t get it and that I need to call Starbucks.. and even the supervisor didn’t do anything and didn’t even offer gift card.. and kept asking what I ordered and not understanding MY situation that I’m going to be late.. wow unbelievable.. I had to wait another 5 minutes.. I bet she’ll get upset if she’s late to work or if her love ones are in the hospital and are about to die.. thanks for a great customer service so I can spread the word.. not...
