This place is located in a ghost kitchen, so there’s a bunch of other food places within the same building and you order from a kiosk and get your food/drink in a locker when it’s ready.
The prices were extremely high for not having an actual store or customer service. You don’t see who makes or delivers the drink. I got a crème brûlée boba drink and it wasn’t that good. It tasted watered down and the boba didn’t taste fresh. My bf and friends’ drinks were also pretty watered down. We paid at least $7 for each drink which is pretty expensive even for a place that has a nice cafe and good customer service. I didn’t try the food so I can’t say anything about that but based on their drinks, I wouldn’t buy their food.
The “waiting room” / the room with the kiosks and lockers was poppin’ though; there were tons of people. I wish I asked around to see what food/drinks they were getting but it seemed like it was a lot of people’s first time there so who knows how many of them will come back. I think making fresh more often would be good for them. I know places that have better boba quality, but if you care more about the tea and drinks themselves, this is fine.
