Sierra Donuts — Restaurant in Anaheim

Today I got there around 5:15 in the morning. I ordered two croissants. She was already in the process of making food for a man that was there before me. When she started on my food, white male after white male walked in. There's now 7 in line. She literally stopped making my food and served all of them. Mind you, her husband was also there. Not only did she serve all of them before me, but she gave one of them my croissant that was in the oven. I did not want to appear unprofessional, so I waited until they were all gone before I asked her what was going on. She told me. "You should have called first." What? I have been going there for at least 3 years, and have never called. She proceeded to make the food. I could have easily canceled. Easily. Despite how rude she was towards me, I did not cancel the food. I told her. "Instead of making excuses, all you have to do is apologize." She said. "I'm not going to apologize, you should have called." Totally disrespectful. And the fact that I am a Black woman and all of the men were white, made it even worse. The men were very polite, do not get me wrong. I'm most certain they would have waited for her to fix my food. I will NEVER go back there again. I cannot risk her doing that to me again. I had three minutes minutes to get back to my job and clock in from lunch. I truly believe that if I were white that my experience would have been different. This review is for the Huge # Cake Donut!

My Gfren wanted a # cake donut for her daughter last min. She had no luck so I recall Sierra Donuts making them. Gave them a call, Judy answered all my questions. Informed me if i wanted the donut the next day, deadline to order was the day b4 they close at 1 p.m. Took my payment over the phone and it was a breeze. Sierra donut only offered one size # donuts. It was really affordable too. $ 40 for the # 10 donut. If you're just needing 1 # it's $ 25.

The donut was good. Fluffy, I'd probably next time request lighter on the icing.

The Birthday girl was really happy w our gift to her. Something she wanted too and glad i was able to pull thru.

I'll definitely return here for my # cake donuts.

I've been here twice for the ham and cheese croissants. The first time the cheese was not melted, so I figured it wasn't in the microwave long enough. The next time I went in I ripped the croissant a little and noticed the cheese wasn't melted, so I requested another bit in the microwave. It still didn't melt the plastic cheese! I dropped it on the ground. I also ordered the G1 green drink. It separated within 2 minutes from all the water they add to the drink. I don't understand how this place has so many stars, but their "food" is horrible and cheap!
