Subway — Restaurant in Anaheim

Be very very careful when placing an order online with this location. They are very dishonest and basically a thief. I ordered a simple tuna sandwich about 2wks ago on line and the site stated 1245p pickup. Arrived at the store and it was closed with no signs posted stating they would be back in 10min etc. Waited about 10 minutes just in case and nothing. Went home got on line contact subway which was routed for some reason to corp offices and they stated it was a franchise store and they would forward my email to the owner. About 2 days later I get an reply back from a no reply address:( stating they are sorry about the store being closed and they would alert the staff-NOTHING about how to get a refund. The email came from someone named Nikki. Sent off another email to corp and never heard anything from them as well. Needless to say Firehouse and Jimmy Johns will be getting ALL of my biz...

Should have 1 star, but the second star is for the young guys that work here and always deliver great sandwiches.

It should actually be 0 stars because of such poor service in the morning by 2 old Vietnames(i believe they are might be some other eastern asian descent) women who laughed at me for not knowing the sandwich of the day. They were absolutely rude and they actually were terrible sandwich makers. The men who work here are great. The two old asian ladies were horrible. They should not laugh at customers. It was a bad experience. I hope they were fired. I will never come back in the morning. And if I see them in the afternoon, I will turn away.

The young guys however were great. They made my meal, without laughing at me, and made it in a timely manner. Great guys.

Hope managment can step up their standards with the bullying...

I AM FURIOUS!!!... They gave my dasher the completely wrong order. I am working a double shift today and ordered a salad bowl and sun chips to last me the day. I was given a 6 inch ham sandwich. By no means am I a small guy or a woman. I payed $20 dollars in total. Now I'm stuck with a sub that I will eat an inch at a time over the next 10 hours. Also, the receipt that was attached to the sandwich that was meant for someone else read "black pepper". Not even a hint. I am beyond angry. I'm hangry. I will remain hungry unless I pay another $20 to possibly get the correct order. I gave this store three stars because the past orders have been okay. The bowls I usually order are very good, only they don't fill them like most of...
