Starbucks — Restaurant in Anaheim

I ordered Macchiato in the Starbucks Kiosk inside Ralphs. The barista Marcus made a awe ful drink and I told him to fix the drink since the taste was not the same as usual. It was too milky. Usually they would fix the drink or remake it at Starbucks but not this location. I spent $6 for my drink and i wanted him to fix it properly or remake but he did not budge. Neither would he refund my money back as i was not happy with the way the macchiato came out and tasted not good. I wasted 10 mins asking the manager to fix it or refund my money back. I had to leave and left the drink on their counter since it was not acceptable to pay a high $$ for this tasteless drink. I would go to stand alone Starbucks locations who are more accommodating and offer exceptional customer service. Very disappointed with this Starbucks and especially with Marcus who I would give 0 stars for bad...

I visited the Starbucks located inside the Ralphs grocery store on Sunday around 2 PM. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. There was only one employee working, the line was slow, and the barista seemed unhappy and overwhelmed. I waited about 5 minutes but was never greeted or asked what I wanted. It was unclear how many orders were ahead, and the whole process felt disorganized.

This Starbucks has no seating area, and it’s always crowded due to being inside Ralphs. Customer service is unfriendly and unresponsive. If you plan to grab a coffee here, expect to wait at least 15–20 minutes even for a simple drink.

One of my "go to" places in La Paz. Great seafood and service, reasonable prices Andy fantastic view. The last time I was there for lunch the music was deafening making any conversation almost impossible. We asked that it be turned down as we were the only table at that time. The waiter seemed annoyed but did turn the volume down slightly. I hope this was a one time thing, it's a restaurant not a nightclub....
